How do I activate Pause Detection?

Pause Detection is always active unless a diffuser is attached. The built-in motion sensor detects when the hair dryer stops moving, automatically lowering the temperature and minimizing airflow.

To ensure Pause Detection activates only when the dryer is set down (not during short pauses while styling), a 240 ms delay has been programmed. Wait until you hear the motor sound decrease before releasing the dryer.
