Return period
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
How to request a return
To start your return, email us at info@theglobalsupply.nl and include the following details:

Whether you’d like a refund or an exchange

Your preferred refund method (original payment or gift card)

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for another size, color, or product, please let us know. We’re happy to help if the requested item is in stock.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless you choose a gift card.

We do not accept returns of used, damaged (by customer), or personalized items
Damaged or incorrect item
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We’ll resolve the issue quickly and at no extra cost to you.
